Construction Superintendent

Windward Pacific Builders is currently accepting applications Construction Superintendent for the Central Valley Area, Modesto Region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage homebuilding construction through all phases to ensure the delivery of quality homes that meet both company and customer expectations on time and on budget.
  • Maintain the cleanest job site in the region.
  • Respond to and resolve warranty claims, perform homeowner orientations and maintain inventory homes.
  • Coordinate and enforce subcontractors and vendors scope of work.
  • Interact daily with various departments of company, subcontractors, customers and city inspectors.
  • Uphold company core values at all times.
  • Attend weekly construction meetings.

Requirements

Candidates must display the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of construction management experience.
  • Experience in residential construction environments.
  • Knowledge of home and construction systems and processes.
  • Ability to manage a team of subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality of every phase of home construction.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and delegate.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.

Windward Pacific Builders is currently accepting applications Community Sales Manager for the Central Valley Area, Modesto Region.

Windward Pacific Builders is a local Central Valley home builder committed to providing impeccable quality, individual attention and a value better than any of our competitors.

We are actively building communities in Oakdale, Hughson, Modesto and Escalon and have upcoming communities in Merced, Manteca and Riverbank.

We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who will manage the entire home selection and sales process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet visitors by providing literature, point-of-sale information, and handouts to prospective home buyers.
  • Put out and pick up directional signage daily to guide prospective clients into communities.
  • Respond to customer requests for further assistance or information.
  • Demonstrate models/homes/home sites to discuss floor plans, general construction, and options.
  • Overcome sales objections. Close the "Sale" with final goal of creating a satisfied customer.
  • Answer questions about financing to perspective buyers.
  • Document sales transaction by following-up on loan applications and monitor sales.
  • Complete accurate paperwork required, computer entries, and maintain sales files.
  • Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers until home closes.
  • Ensure that all homes, models and the entire community is properly maintained and clean.
  • Ensure that marketing materials are updated and ready for distribution to potential buyers.
  • Continually search for new prospects/customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up.
  • Will use competitive market analysis (CMA) and other data driven tools to sell homes.
  • Contact real estate brokers and attend weekly marketing meetings if requested.
  • Host grand openings and community events.
  • Analyze competition, demographics, and product.
  • Research other home builders in the market regarding product offerings so we remain competitive.

Job Requirements: Active California Real Estate License, New Home Sales Experience, Proficient with computers - working knowledge of MS Office, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
